PROOF APPROVAL POLICY

All custom items from Payne’s Custom Designs require proof approval before engraving.

 

What is a proof?

A proof is a digital mockup showing layout, spelling, and placement of your customization. This ensures accuracy before production begins.

Proof Process

  1. After checkout, we will collect personalization details if not already provided.
  2. A digital proof will be emailed to you for review.
  3. You must reply “APPROVED” to begin production.


Revisions

  • One complimentary revision is included.
  • Additional revisions may incur a design fee.


Approval Requirement

No engraving will begin until written approval is received.

This protects both you and our shop from errors.


Customer Responsibility

 

 

Please review your proof carefully for:

  • Spelling
  • Dates
  • Coordinates
  • Layout and placement


Once approved, the design cannot be changed.


 

Delayed Approval

 

If approval is delayed, production and delivery timelines may be affected.


Final Sale

 

 

Because all items are custom-made, approved designs are final and non-refundable.
